When I purchased this plugin, I thought, “sheesh this is an expensive plugin just for forms” but I figured with the first year discount I would give it a try and if it wasn’t what I was looking for, I can always dump it. As I started using it I was absolutely blown away at the ease of use and powerful features it had. Entire systems can be built with FF and the potential is endless!

Easy 5-star review here. The plugin is really good and versatile. I needed something to replace a form created in Excel due to the conditional logic of some fields, and Formidable did a great job. The form builder is quite straightforward, but if you need some very specific tweaks and use cases, their documentation and YouTube videos do a great job at explaining in depth everything you can do with this form builder. I am not a very experienced dev, but I managed to do most of the things on my own, without using anything above. If by any chance you get stuck and cannot find your answers in the documentation or videos, you can contact their support – and that’s where their product shines the most, in my humble opinion. The support is simply superb: quick answers, always helpful, and clean solutions. I had quite a big form to build with a lot of conditional logic and also a custom PDF on form submission, which had to be designed to satisfy the needs of the brand. No problem – Formidable can do it. Super happy with the product, but I just have to say it again: their support is on another level.

I needed to track villages in an African nation. There were 58,000+. I first tried using “directory” plug-ins. Epic Fail. All the ones I tried just ‘died on the vine.’ They choked when I tried to import 58,000. So I started searching Google for “relational database plugins,” spreadsheet plugins, data tables plugins, and more. I bought 5 or 6 “Lifetime” deals, thinking it would get me more power. In short, nothing delivered. Then, one time, when I changed my search terms, Google mentioned in the Ai summary that some had reported that Formidable Forms could essentially act as a relational database. Desperate to try anything, I gave it a whirl – and I haven’t looked back. Wow. I found a home. All 58,000 villages uploaded to Formidable Forms in *moments.* It took me a moment or two longer to figure out that the *form* entries *WERE* the relational database tables. Drop-down fields could be linked to *other* tables (which became the relational database). I was *delighted* to invest in Formidable Forms Pro – and I’m happy to say that all the other plugins have finally refunded my money. Honestly, for a relational database, I can’t figure out why anyone would search farther. And it parses my filtering terms and returns needle-in-a-haystack village names in *seconds*. Wow. Well done. You guys really *are* formidable. You leap tall buildings in a single bound. Thanks for your work.
